David has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of foot care. He graduated second in his class from the Chiropody program of George Brown College, the Michener Institute and Toronto General Hospital. David also received the Molly McCartney Award for highest marks in anatomy and physiology of the lower extremeties.

Mr. Pressé's primary area of expertise is orthotic therapy. He has personally fabricated orthotics using dozens of different combinations of techniques and materials. David has used everything from direct moulding on the foot to slipper casts, foam boxes, wax sheet shells and computer scanning. Although Mr. Pressé does focus on orthotics he is still very much a "hands on " practitioner, providing non -invasive reduction of corns and calluses and treatment for toenail problems personally, by hand.

David also has training and experience in pedorthics. This involves custom orthopaedic shoe modifications. He has worked in Southern Ontario hospitals for eleven years and in the private sector for eleven years also. In 2002, Mr. Pressé spent a year in the Peoples Republic of China studying Chinese foot care and foot massage techniques while learning Mandarin Chinese and teaching English. He has also completed a course in reflexology.

For David, foot care is more than a career, it is a calling to something he loves to do with passion, energy and great joy.
